Hi,

My iBook fell while open this morning. Everything still seems to work, with one exception. The lid seems to have come apart at the top of the hinge. This has resulted in a need for me to prop the lid up against something in order to use it. If I don't prop it then there is a large gap between the internal screen frame and the screen itself.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this myself?

Also, I am new to the San Francisco East Bay and could use recommendations of reliable (hopefully affordable) iBook repair places in either the east bay or SF.
